question for you costa rican homos

a um friend of mine is planning a trip to cr in the summer and wants to know a few things about obtaining some coke when he gets there.

can you find it fairly easy at the bars or taxis or on the streets? how is the quality? i would, uh i mean he would rather go without than snort a bunch of shit. does just about everyone do it or smoke without being hassled too much by the 5.0? should i just track down one of you fucksticks when i get, er when he gets there? it is vacation after all
